Incident Reporting

RESPECT AT THE HEART OF OUR INTERACTIONS

At the Port of Québec, we are committed to fostering a healthy, safe, and respectful environment for our employees, partners, and all members of the public with whom we interact on a daily basis.

Respect is a shared responsibility. Every individual is entitled to be treated with courtesy, civility, and dignity, whether interactions take place in person, by telephone, by email, or through any other form of communication.

We encourage constructive and respectful communication at all times. We believe that opinions and concerns can be expressed freely in an environment that promotes listening, collaboration, and open dialogue.

With this in mind, the Port of Québec maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward any behaviour, action, or remark that may compromise an individual’s physical or psychological well-being, safety, or dignity.

In the event of inappropriate conduct, the Port of Québec reserves the right to end any meeting, discussion, or communication. Depending on the nature and severity of the situation, additional measures may also be taken.

Together, let us help maintain respectful and positive interactions for everyone.

Please note that these reports are processed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
