Novom has developed a digital platform to let cruise passengers skip the line and access taxis more quickly, optimizing queue management during peak periods. In doing so, it reduces wait times and improves the overall arrival experience.
The system also helps with operational logistics by mitigating congestion and supporting efficient vehicle distribution. Not only does it answer the challenges that come with the mass embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, but it also adds value to the service. A pilot project at Terminal 30 has confirmed this solution’s potential. What’s more, part of the revenue is donated to a philanthropic cause, furthering its social impact.
