The Québec Port Authority (QPA) a federal Canadian port authority established pursuant to the terms of the Canada Marine Act, and as such, is subject to the Access to Information Act (ATIA) that provides Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and individuals and corporations present in Canada a right to access records under the control of government institutions and the Privacy Act (PA) which provide Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and individuals present in Canada to access their personal information held by federal institutions and to request its correction.
