NOTICE OF PUBLIC ANNUAL MEETING

The Québec Port Authority, under Section 35 of the Canada Marine Act, hereby gives notice that it will be having, in accordance with Article 34 of the said Act, its Public Annual Meeting, Friday June 19th, 2020 at 10h00. Due to the current public health context, the meeting will be held by videoconference. The Québec Port Authority's financial statements will be made available to the public on the Port of Québec’s website on June 19th 2020.
