In collaboration with QSL, already well established in the Port of Qu\u00e9bec, P&amp;H acquires assets from Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en commandite Terminal grains (Sollio Agriculture) located at Anse-au-Foulon. This transaction consolidates the Port&#8217;s accessibility to international markets and strengthens its strategic position, benefiting both the regional and national economies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A National-Scale Agri-Food Player<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>P&amp;H is a family-owned business active in the agri-food industry for over a century. It operates several grain terminals in Ontario and British Columbia. This new location on the St. Lawrence River complements its network, allowing it to benefit from the Port of Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s assets: year-round maritime accessibility, complete intermodal connections, high-quality facilities, and the necessary water depth for large ocean-going vessels.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"item block-quote component-block-quote\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"block-quote__container container\">\n\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"block-quote__element\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"block-quote__text wysiwyg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This partnership with P&amp;H is strengthening supply chains for Canadian agricultural exports while supporting a shared vision of sustainable development. With this transaction, the company is joining the family of Port of Qu\u00e9bec&#8217;s partners, strengthening its position, and benefiting from direct access to the St. Lawrence River.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Port of Qu\u00e9bec<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority, a non-profit organization, manages the Port of Qu\u00e9bec which is strategically located to serve North America\u2019s industrial and agricultural heartland. This Canadian hub for international trade for both imports and exports is the only port in the province of Qu\u00e9bec with a fifteen-metre water depth at low tide and a comprehensive intermodal infrastructure.
