The 2025 season should see 21 cruise lines, 31 different ships, and 104 stopovers, with 21 trips starting or ending at the Port. The Port of Qu\u00e9bec continues to strengthen its position as the leading cruise destination on the St. Lawrence River thanks to the dedication of a multitude of partners and a sustainable management model.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An Extented Season and a Strategic Schedule<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The Port of Qu\u00e9bec became a four-season port of call for the first time this year: its first winter cruise took place on January 28, 2025, with Ponant&#8217;s <em>Le Commandant Charcot<\/em> making two stopovers. The season will end on Novembre 2, 2025, extending the cruise season to the entire year and giving passengers a brand-new experience.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Moreover, the Holland America <em>Zuiderdam <\/em>will make seven new arrivals and departures starting in May 2025. The cruise line has long had a presence at the Port, and this development heralds a new stage in the strategic scheduling of the cruise season.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Developing the Industry With Communities in Mind<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The Port of Qu\u00e9bec continues to play a central role in the cruise industry&#8217;s growth as it works closely with its partners. These newcomers will enrich the Port of Qu\u00e9bec already diverse schedule, with appealing itineraries for passengers and high-potential stopovers for the city.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>In addition to the regular stopovers, the Port will see five inaugural visits from ships such as <em>Celebrity Silhouette<\/em> (September 2), <em>Seven Seas Splendor<\/em> (September 7), and <em>Majestic Princess<\/em> (September 8). Celebrity Silhouette is particularly remarkable because of her half-hectare onboard lawn, which offers her passengers a distinctive experience at sea. These ships are not only exciting new arrivals for the Port; they also attest to the city&#8217;s appeal on the international stage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Several days will also be very busy: Friday, September 12, Monday, September 29, Tuesday, October 7, and Saturday, October 11 will all see four ships in port.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The Port of Qu\u00e9bec remains a popular destination for cruise passengers, with a longstanding reputation for excellent services and a warm welcome.
