Any other use will require your explicit consent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority does not disclose personal information to other public or private organizations, or to other individuals unless you consented to such disclosure of if it is required by law. We do not share, sell or exchange personal information with third parties or external websites.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Information Collected When Visiting the Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>When you visit locations administered by the Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority, you may appear on video recordings as certain areas are monitored by video surveillance systems for security and incident prevention purposes only.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Videos recordings of an identifiable individual may constitute personal information. The Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority doesn&#8217;t use those recordings to identify individuals systematically. They can be used when identification is required for investigative or law-enforcement purposes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Video recordings are retained for a maximum period of one month, after which they are deleted. In certain circumstances, the Qu\u00e9bec Port Authority can retain excerpts of recordings for a longer period, for example when they relate to a reported incident.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>You can ask for retention and access to a recording in the context of a personal information access request under the <em>Privacy Act<\/em>. Such request must be made within one month of the recording.
