We believe that the long-term development of the maritime industry is directly linked to the way it takes care of the environment as it does business.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>For that reason, the QPA has set itself the goal of constantly improving environmental performance throughout the Port, as set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portquebec.ca\/en\/environment\/sustainable-development-plan\/\">ESGSD<\/a> plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>How does the EcoCargo program work?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph js-anim js-anim-scroll-top\"  ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>EcoCargo is an incentive program that offers discounts of up to 15% on harbour dues to shipowners who adopt environmentally responsible practices.
